LOOT exists to help creators and brands collaborate safely, honestly, and professionally. These guidelines apply to profiles, campaigns, briefs, invites, messages, submissions, media uploads, public links, wallet activity, team workspaces, and support interactions, wherever in the world you use LOOT.
1. Be Honest
Do not misrepresent who you are, who you represent, what you created, your audience, your campaign terms, your performance metrics, your wallet status, or your relationship to a brand.
2. No Fraud or Manipulation
Do not:
- Buy fake engagement, followers, views, impressions, clicks, comments, or submissions.
- Use bots, farms, coordinated manipulation, or deceptive automation.
- Artificially inflate the performance metrics of a submitted post to increase earnings.
- Submit copied content as original.
- Submit the same content repeatedly when not allowed.
- Manipulate applications, invites, rosters, wallet flows, or payouts.
- Use LOOT for scams, phishing, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or illegal activity.
3. No Harmful or Illegal Content
Do not upload, request, promote, or distribute content that is:
- Illegal.
- Exploitative or abusive.
- Harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Sexually explicit or non-consensual.
- Involving minors in unsafe, sexual, exploitative, or inappropriate contexts.
- Promoting self-harm, terrorism, violent extremism, or credible threats.
- Showing graphic violence or cruelty without a legitimate permitted context.
- Containing malware, credential theft, phishing, or hidden tracking.
4. Respect Intellectual Property
Only upload or submit content you own or have permission to use. Do not use another creator's work, music, images, video, logo, product footage, brand assets, or likeness without permission.
5. Respect Privacy and Publicity Rights
Do not upload private information, private conversations, private addresses, financial details, identity documents, or images of people who did not consent where consent is required. Do not use someone's name, image, likeness, voice, or identity in a way that violates their rights.
6. Advertising and Product Claims
Creators and brands must be truthful. Do not make unsupported claims about products, health, finance, crypto returns, earnings, performance, safety, or legality.
Creators must make required sponsorship and material-connection disclosures, including those required by the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States and equivalent rules elsewhere. Brands must not tell creators to hide disclosures.

LOOT may moderate user-generated content using automated systems, manual review, reports, blocks, account restrictions, and content removal. Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through available in-app tools or by contacting support. LOOT will review reports and take action where appropriate.
9. Reporting Violations
Report violations to support@getloot.dev. Include: the content, user, campaign, or submission involved; a short description of the issue; screenshots or links if available; and your contact information if you want a response. For copyright complaints, use the Copyright Policy.
